DNA will be established but who's the father? (Opinions)

I have regular 28 day periods now let me make a long story short;

Last start date of period was;
December 21st

First ultrasound given to my by midwife was on; Feb 5th 2018

Now during December 28th through the 31st I was with a ex boyfriend of mines. Which we had sex on the following night of the 28th where he only precum and didn't *** inside me. We always had unprotected sex so this not the first time I never got pregnant by him during our 2 years dating. Now I had sex with my now to be Husband on the 1st of the new year which was the 31st I left from my ex boyfriend's house and met up with my now to be husband. We had sex once that following night and met back up on January 2nd had sex again. Now my conception date given by my first ultrasound is base in January 4th 2018. Which the earliest sperm could of met was January 3rd. I had a 20 week scan and it pushed me back 4 days which my original due date from the first ultrasound is September 27, 2018. 2nd ultrasound September 23rd 2018. Is my now to be husband the father or my ex boyfriend? I'm very confused been like this the whole entire pregnancy. My husband married me because he really thought this was his child and now we don't know til he gets here.

Was the 28th of December the latest date you had sex with your ex? (You said you were together until the 31st. Did you have sex on the 29th, 30th or 31st?) How early in your pregnancy did you have the first ultrasound, which gave you the due date of September 27?

No we was with each other from the 28th of December til the 31st but we only had sex on the night of the 28th, I had an early ultrasound February 5th 2018 and I was 6 weeks and 4 days.  I slept with my now to be husband the following night of 31st of December going on to the next day of the new years. Then me and my now to be husband slept with each other again on the 3rd of January and they said my conception date was the 4th of January. I was just wondering if my ex boyfriend sperm could of lasted that night til my conception date and fertilize my egg instead of my now to be husband? What's the odds of that happening?
It depends on whose research you read. Your ultrasound was early enough to be correct with about perhaps a maximum margin for error of +/- 1 day. Your ex's sperm would have had to last probably 7 days (in a worst-case scenario, 6 days) to get you pregnant. Research says a lot of different numbers for how long sperm can last in a woman's body. Some says 3-4 days, some says 4-5 days, and some says 4-6 days. Some even says it can last longer, but other research suggests that by the sixth day, the sperm would not be strong enough to penetrate the egg. Is the baby a boy? If so, your odds that it is from your ex are reduced.
Yes it is a boy too, we found out it was a boy on my 20 week scan. Crazy thing about it my now to be husband had a dream that we was having a boy as well. No that doesn't make a difference but, I honestly don't think my ex's sperm lasted that long. I never got pregnant by him before and he actually did have sperm in me all them times around the time I was fertile. We are waiting for the DNA when he gets here. We did an 3D/4D and the boy looks exactly like my now to be husband down to the nose and everything. Only thing he has of me is my eyes and lips. We did this at 26 weeks and 4 days.
Oh on my 20 week scan the baby measure for a estimate due date of September 23rd 2018 but my midwife is still keeping the original due date. Does that means I conception date was different?
No.
So basically from the intercourse from the night of 28th to the 29th (My Ex) he couldn't be the father? Now I remember we did have sex again on the 30th of December going on the 31st, again this was precum. I'm already knowing that precum can still have real sperm. So let's say that it did. Would it last and be able to fertilize the egg by the time my conception window was which was the 4th of January from the earliest ultrasound? And the intercourse that I had with my husband on the 1st 2nd & 3rd of January would that make him most likely the father? Your Honest opinion?
Hi, just because I said you getting a different due date in a later ultrasound does not change the conception date does not mean anything about which guy might be the dad. It all still stands that you can't rule the first guy out no matter whether the second guy has a better chance or not. If you had sex with your ex on the 30th and sex with your soon-to-be-husband on the 31st, this makes things even a little more iffy. The baby being a boy is helpful to indicate your soon-to-be-husband as more possible, but you will need a DNA test to confirm things.
I see. Well the baby is a boy and DNA will be done when he gets here. I'm not ruling nobody out of anybody being the father but also for right now trying see who will be a higher possibility to be the father. I never got pregnant by my ex before and we done had sex close around my ovulation never got pregnant.
Higher odds to the second guy, but of course not guaranteeing no chance for the first guy, the human body is full of surprises after all. Your test will confirm.
