I had an ultrasound at the emergency room at 5 weeks that gave me a due date of December 23 but since it was so early I ruled it out
If you had sex with guy A on April 1, and an ultrasound gave you a due date of Christmas Eve (meaning a suggested conception date of April 2), and had sex with guy B on April 3, everything hangs on the accuracy of the ultrasound. But since your ultrasound was not early enough for pinpoint accuracy, you're in a situation where each guy has a rationally good chance to be the dad. Margin for error when using an ultrasound to date pregnancy is 2-3 days by your 9th and 10th week, and you can see that covers both guys. I'm sorry, only a DNA test will tell.
An ultrasound at 9 or 10 weeks gave me a due date of Christmas Eve and my last period 3/19/15 gave me a date of Christmas Day.
The encounter with the April 1st guy was unprotected. And he did finish inside. My early ultrasound shows a due date of Christmas Eve and I ovulated on April 2nd
Hi, jlove, did you have any early ultrasounds? At what point did you get your due date, and by what method? (I.e., ultrasound, a calendar, the doctor looking at a little wheel)
The other guy (Apr 3) may have inadvertently smeared some pre-*** (which contains some sperm) inside you, or, been personally unaware of a preliminary semen spurt inside you before he withdrew and finished off outside. Such spurts are infrequent, but do happen and if the male's encountering the usual amount of distracting sensation at the time, is often something the male's unaware of or at least, not sure of.
There may be tests for blood markers to help pin the issue down but since the baby's almost due, why not wait so that a blood test of the baby can be done? If that's not sufficient, a DNA test should be conclusive.
