The most accurate way to determine gestational age is using the first day of the woman's last menstrual period and confirming this gestational age with the measurements from an ultrasound exam.

The best time to estimate gestational age using ultrasound is between the 8th and 18th weeks of pregnancy.

No I didnt get an ultrasound till I was 21 weeks with my doctor but I had went and paid to find out what I was going to have at 14 weeks and at 21 weeks they said the baby was a pound so my due date is December 1 just dont know who would more likely be the father

Ultrasound dating of conception is not reliable for determining paternity because the ultrasound can be off by at least 5-7 days in early pregnancy.
