If you count back 5w from the day you were told you were 5w, it would bring you back to your LMP. When doctors say you are 5w, you are actually 3w because doctors add on two weeks to your pregnancy. With that said, add two weeks from your LMP and that is the time you ovulated. Also, +-4 days from your ovulation date because you can become pregnant 4 days before or 4 days after ovulation. You can also count back 266 days from your due date to get an estimate on when you conceived. You can also plug your dates into on online calculator to see possible dates if ovulation and conception. What is your EDD and LMP so I can help with the dates because it probably sounds confusing because I was confused until AnnieBrooke helped me out.
I got an ultrasound...I'm exactly.5weeks
Get an ultrasound, don't just count from the first day of your last period. They will measure the baby and give you an estimated due date (EDD). Then go online to a conception calcuator and plug the EDD in, and it will tell you an estimated date of conception. If you get the ultrasound in your 6th or 7th week, it could be accurate to the day of conception. Don't do it later if you do it for dating purposes, it won't be as accurate.
I'm 5weeks. 5weeks exactly from my last cycle
It is possible to get pregnant on your cycle but not likely. When you bleed, it is getting rid of everything. I would recommend going to the doctors a.s.a.p to see how far along you are because the sooner, the more accurate.
