I had baby making with bf around my ovulation and then had a  one night stand 2 weeks later when my period was a few days late , I was already pregnant before one night stand ? Make sense ?

If you tested positive soon after the late period the one night stand definitely isn't the father, since it takes awhile before there's enough hcg in your system to test positive. It is most likely the boyfriends, but stranger things have happened.
