2 symmericla tiny hard pimple like bumps found on my upper gums...

I just found 2 small wart/pimple like bumps above my gums on each side of my mouth. They are each above my 2nd tooth from the back and are really high up on my gums. I can't see them in a a mirror because they are so far back, I can only feel them, and my tongue can barely reach them. there is one on each side, and they feel exactly the same and are symmetrically positioned...

Well, if its on the cheek side near the upper 2nd molars, its probably your parotid duct, which is the duct that saliva comes out of from your cheek when you eat.  I don't know if you can do this yourself but try to wipe it dry and depress on your cheek area, sometimes you can see some saliva get squeezed out from that "pimple."  That's how I would determine if its that parotid duct if you were my patient.  Again, not sure if you can do it yourself.

The best thing to do is to make a dental appointment and have a dentist look at it.  It doesn't sound too serious since its bilateral (on both sides) but its always a good idea to get someone to take a look and see it

they are the size of a pimple. They are not movable lumps or bumps. They are not painful unless i poke around at them a lot...I just discovered them this morning. I actually found one removing a piece of food from mymouth, so I immediately checked the other side of my mouth and voila, there was abump there in the exacts same spot...lol

Anyoone have any idea what it could be?
