Burning inside cheeks

The inside of my cheeks have become sore, red, and burning.  It's lasted over a year.  My mouth seems to release less saliva too - leading me to use tooth picks more often.   But the burning sensation is the major problem.  I took an antibiotic but that did no good. I started on blood pressure medicine about 2 years ago, so it may be related to that.  But I've tried 3 or 4 different bp medicines and the burning sensation remains.  I've even gone off the bp medicine for a few weeks - with no reduction in the burning sensation.  Could the cause be something other than the bp medicine?
