Cracks appearing on side of tounge

I have always had a smooth tounge with no issues. I am 25 and all of a sudden in the last week or so two cracks have appeared on the right side of my tounge, nearer to the tip. One is shallow but the other one, whilst not being large is deep enough to look out of place. It looks like this is similar to a fissured tounge, however when googling most people have had it for years, mines almost overnight? I've been gargling diluted 6% hydrogen peroxide every now and then, this is the only thing I've done different. I'm quite anxious about it and the thought of it getting worse, so keep looking in mirror and feeling down because these were not there before. Can anybody shed some light?
