Hi
I forgot to tell you that I don't have any periodontitis and missing tooth. My husband says that I grind my teeth during the sleep. So probably my problem was bruxism.Hopefully I can fix my problem by invasilign/crowns etc.
I'll update you once I have the appointment.

Thanks
Sandra

Gap between front teeth can result from pathologic migration of preiodontally involved teeth, loss of adjacent or posterior teeth, or unstable occlusion. If you do'nt have  periodontitis and missing tooth, the possible cause is bruxism. Seeing a tmj specialist is advised.
