Hey, Scottma!

Could you please address my question which has not been responded to previously? I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

My dentist wants to charge me for a "bonded buildup", performed as part of a molar crown installation (no RCT). However, he did not build up the tooth before taking the impression, nor did he build up the tooth after removing the temp and before attaching the permanent. He claimed to have performed the "bonded buildup" by applying bonding material to the crown, separately from the tooth, before attaching it to the tooth. Is this possible?

So you're willing to condone what is probably a fraudulent practice. Doesn't say much for your professional ethics, or the utility of this board. Thanks for wasting my time.
