Red and inflamed gums

Recently my teeth have begun bleeding when I brush/floss.  This am they are red and inflamed.  I know this is a sign of gingivitis and I should see a dentist.  I don't have insurance and I'm having trouble finding a dentist that will treat me while I make payments.  Is there any way I can treat this myself?

There is a toothpaste and mouth foam (if your gums are bleeding I would start with the mouth foam) that heals mouth sores and bleeding gums.  http://www.cuprident.com/gumprob.php  you can learn about it here.  It is all natural and doesnt destroy the good bacteria in your mouth but rearranges it so plaque wont adhere to your teeth.  quite interesting if you have the stomach for details on their clinical studies.

Good luck!

Some doctors suggest that patients place some Periomed (a home fluoride that kills the bacteria causing gingivitis) on a dry tooth brush and brush the gel into the gums before going to bed. Mouth washes like Listerine and Scope can help, as well as rinsing with peroxide or salt water.  I did not see a comment on your question, so I hope this might help :)
