Sick from an abcessed tooth

I've had a problem with an abcessed lower molar for over a year. I have a fear of dentists so I just kept taking antibiotics and have avoided going to the drs. Last week I had a huge white puss bubble on the side of my gum. I pushed on it and it felt like it popped. Since then I have the worst chills, then sweats,I'm dizzy, nauseas,my neck hurts to where I cant turn my head,i'm weak and I have yet to sleep more then 4 hours a night. I had the tooth removed 3 days ago and I'm on antibiotics and still feel the same, sometimes worse. Did I poison myself? What else can I do?

Thank you, I figured that was what you were going to say. I was hoping it was from the infection and the antibiotics would take of it. Thank you for your help though.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I don't think you poisoned yourself but I think you should see an MD because these symptoms may have nothing to do with the tooth.
