eustation tube pressure

I've had some pressure build up in my eustation tube for the last 2-3 months, NOT to the point of perforation of the drum, but painfull at times.  I also have a cracked tooth on the same side.  I had a script of augmenten 500s took the as prescribed, no change, no difference.  went to an ENT specialist, tried a steroid packet,& meds, again, no real difference.  I am ghaving a root canal done on the tooth.  If this does not put this to bed, what should I look at next?? My hearing is also kinda screwed, I've lost alot of the high freq response.

thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
The only thing that I can recommend is the possibilty that your TMJ might be involved. It might be a long shot but if everything else has been explored it is worth looking into. Seek out a dentist that specializes in TMJ dysfunction.
