Swollen Cheek

I went to the dentist 6 weeks ago with what I believed to be a toothache. After doing xrays and an exam he said it was not dental but to see a Dr. cause it could be sinuses. I went to the Dr. they put me on Antibiotics and a few days later the pain was gon. Well her I am six weeks later and I woke up with the same tooth pain - extreme pressure on my upper right teeth-canine and incisor. Took sinus medication for 2 days pain subsided but on the 3rd day I woke up with swelling around the lower nostril und upper lip area. Now, on day 4 my whole right cheek is swollem. - I look like half chipmunk? Does this sound dental or medical. I hate to pay the dentist again to send me to the doctor and I hate to pay the Doctor only to have them send me to the dentist. Help!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I would also recommend seeing a dentist.  It seems to be a tooth infection than a sinus infection.

Your descriptions srongly suggest periapical infection of upper anterior teeth. Periapical x-ray and electric pulp test can generally establish a diagnosis. Seeing an endodontist is advised.
