Tiny cluster of bumps on lower gum

Dear doctor,i am having some tiny bumps on the lower gum for few days,its almost the same colour as my gum,when I wash my mouth with salt water it look slightly white,I mean very little white,I am really tensed,there is no pain at all,but yes i guess my lower portion of the gum where i have these bumps is bit swollen,i guess this happened as i frequently keep applying pressure in that area to feel the bumps.kindly help me with some good answers,Is these kind of tuny bumps normal on gum,and yes it doesnot pain nor burns,thankyou.

The picture is not clear enough to have a good visual examination. However, your description is not consistent with common presentation of oral cancer.
