As stated, dental schools are a good choice, too. They're supervised, so you don't have to worry about getting a botched job. Just need to be patient, as it may take longer than the average dentist visit.

Maybe check out a dental school ? It should be a lot cheaper. Maybe they have some sort of payment plan too.
