Are you a mouth breather, meaning you sleep with your mouth open? Sometimes people who breathe through their mouths tend to have dry mouths in the morrning. It may be that the saliva is slightly drier and hence why its sticky. Not sure why its brown though.
Are you brushing and flossing regularly?
I suppose its possible that they are bleeding and that the browness is coagulation. When was the last time you had a dental checkup and cleaning? You may want to address the issue with your dentist and go over your oral hygiene routine. You might be too aggressive and causing some injury to your gums or if its been awhile, you may have gingivitis in addition to some dry mouth in the morning.
thanks, yes i am a mouth breather, and yes i brush and floss daily and use a daily mouthwash. sometimes i think my teeth bleed causing a dark browness between my front teeth althogh they are not bleeding when i go 2 bed
