Plug the right nostril with cotton plug from 1pm to 4pm, breathing only from left nostril. this will create a yogic rhythmic benevolent cycle and reduce or depression.you will get used to cotton plug within 2or 3 days.try for a week. I am sure you will get good result.This is bested on yogic practice.try.
I plan to look into it this month. A friend of mine is certified in acupuncture and chiropractic and she fixed my boyfriends' side pain (after 13 medical doctors were stumped!) I have depression and anxiety and have heard great things about acupuncture for a variety of ailments. I'll be sure to post my experience on here when I get into see my friend and get the treatment, but I would say check it out if you get the chance!
