Am on Budeprion since April 1, 2013 because I had 2 deaths in my family and I was down so I went to the doctor and she put me on that am doing fine now but I today I just feel down and I was thinking about stopping the medication, I don't know if that causing me to feel down or what, and am not depressed I wasn't on the medication for depressed so is it ok to start to stop it or what?

Thanks, I went to the doctor last Thursday and she up me to twice a day, I do go outside.  But the thing is I don't know if it depression or just me worried about thing.  It happen last year cause of 2 death in my family and than I was fine for 10 months now, it happen again.  The last time it happen was when I was 27 and show a lot of t.v. about the shotting in schools and Anne Nicole death and it get hit me, and I also move from my hometown from where I live from 86 till 07,  I was fine before all that and since last year till now.  So I don't know if it really depression or me worried  about the fact am 34 and getting older and I also going to college to be a teacher aide so I don't know if that helping with the stress.  Thanks for listen

No matter the medication always consult the prescribing MD to see if you should make changes.  Is there a grief support group in your area?
  Talking things out can help a lot. Also make sure to get outside. A little sunshine is a good mood enhancer.   Pamela
