Bupropion and chest tightness

I got perscribed Buropion 150mg for smoking, The doc also figured it may help with some depression in general and depressive feelings from quiting smoking. Its only the 4th day and Ive had some chest tightness and some aching. This lead me to a couple panic attacks which I got control of on the 2nd day when I realized what was going on. But I dont understand this chest tightness and aching. No erratic heart-rate or high blood pressure. Doesnt feel like lung issues cause on deep breaths it doesnt hurt more. Anyone else experienced this kinda of side effect with this stuff? Are these normal for starting this stuff?

what your experinencing is normal, it's the Anxiety side effect iv'e had the same exact thing happen to me except i was on Prozac, and on the 4th night i had a panic attack and never experienced that before and then for a week after i experienced Anxiety. Chest tighness and burning, and shortness of breath. Try not to worry about it because it makes it worse its just anxiety. Keep busy to keep your mind off of it. Good Luck
