Changing from effexor 150mg to wellbutrin 150ng

My doctor told me to stop taking effexor and start taking wellbutrin.  I started having extreme side effects from this.  I was taking the effexor 75mg twice daily. What would be the safest and most effective way to taper off effexor?

Hi, There are a lot of posts about tapering off Effexor.  Have a look, and you may find some helpful suggestions.

I myself found it very hard, but now I am on Effexor again.
