Changing from paxil to celexa

My Doctor is switching me from Paxil due to hypertension reasons as well as half life...to Celexa. How should I go about tapering off Paxil and getting on Celexa. I take 5mgs of Paxil twice a day. My Dr. has given me 10mg of Celexa.. Thanks  Kris254

Thank You so much for the information on changing from paxil to celexa. That helps tremendously. I see my Dr. on Tuesday and was not sure if I sure change immediately from one to the other. I will taper of as you suggested. Thanks again...Kris254
