Changing medication

I have been on 25mg of Zoloft and hae felt like a zombie the last several months. I have asked my doctor about changing my meds to Lexapro. He didn't so I started taking my husbands Lexapro 10mg just to see if this would help me.  This has been just 2 days. I find myself like going through the change of life, night sweating (with Zoloft, too),  fussy, having trouble getting directed in everyday activities. Will these symptoms last long? I really do not want to go back on Zoloft. (I was on Lexapor several years ago and my medician was changed because of irritibility at one person.) If this was the medicine I think it would be more generalized than specific.
Hope to hear from you soon. I am a 66 year old female.

Ouch! Easy jimgreg. Yes, they are both effective drugs, BUT both being SSRI medications should NEVER be taken together!

Ok First, How long were you taking just the 25Mgs of Zoloft before you started to slide back down? Was the Zoloft ever effective for you and for how long?
