Hello, hope all is well with you ...tried to send you an e-mail and says I can't send to a blocked user. Can you tell me why? Thanks Theresa

I have to agree with teko, going off meds, especially with long term clinical depression is risky, you will relapse if you have a chemical imbalance, Watch yourself very carefully for the first signs, so if you are relapsing you can get on meds before you really drop. I tried once, lordie - I dropped again within 2 months, and I got so angry that I couldn't do it all by myself.

Keep posting here so we know how you are doing, okay?

LCC is right, do you have a doctor monitoring your reduction off meds? I am not familiar with the particular ones you are coming off of but a pharmacy, where you get them filled should be able to guide you on that, or your doctor. Are you going to continue to be treated for depression? I am asking because once the meds are out of your system, you symptoms of depression may show up again. Are you prepared for them if they do? Just worried about you. Hugs

Have you been trying to get off the meds for 1 week or have you had WD's after a week being off the meds? Trazadone is pretty easy to wean from, I went down dramactically in my dosage without any effect - it comes out of the body very easily, Pristiq is a completely different story, that takes weeks. Are you being supervised while withdrawing?
