Thanks Maddie.. I started taking the anti's yesterday. I think depression is from relapse and grandma died 2 months or so ago. She was a Rock to me. I'm gonna take em for a bit and the anxiety meds for a little while. Relapsing because of the injury 4 months ago and then Grandma.... One day at a time. I do feel down.... up and down... depression and anxiety... I think it's natural from the opiot clean out. Day 8 today.... so thats my plan and thank you for caring enough to comment.. :)
Do you feel depressed. Everything in life can be great and yet we still get depression. Why were you prescribed anti-depressants if you don't think you are depressed?
We are all different. If you feel you need to take tablets, do so. If you think you can manage without, well., then it is up to you isn't it? Nobody else can make that decision for you. Do what you think is right for you.
Thank you. That was Helpful.. God Bless You Today
Are you depressed? Do you know the signs of Major Depression? I would google depression symptoms. Since you have Wellbutrin I will assume that a physician believes you have depression. Whether you take it is your decision but I know that without an antidepressant I don't do very well. I have bipolar I but have depression a lot of the time. Although you probably could come out of depression at some time without medication, you could also get worse and the right medication can bring you out of it within 4 - 6 weeks, if not earlier.
Before I was diagnosed with bipolar, I was depressed for two years without treatment. I wish I had realized that I should have seen a psychiatrist and gotten treatment a lot sooner.
