I would give her the more support I could and maybe suggesting counseling.
thank you all for your comments.
She is taking prozac for severl years. recently my dad is sick , that could be a triger for the problem.
she was under control most of time, however, if there is a little change in her life, then her depression is getting worse. What she should do? It is impossible there is no up and down in the life.
thanks
Could be related to anxiety, medications or another underlying condition.
If she switched or added a new med odds are good that it is the cause especially in the case were they switch a SSRI with a SNRI or adding a stimulant on top of it. Wellbutrin is known to be stimulating and is often used as a combo drug with another antidepressant.
Like the above poster said it would be time to check out with her doctor if there could be something wrong.

Since her condition has been under control for quite some time, it is impossible to know just what is going on.
It could be she is having a reaction to a medication she is taking. I have had reactions occur over a year after taking an antidepressant.
She may be reacting to a situation. You didn't say what was going on in her life.
I turn into a chatterbox when nervous. I also became a real talker when on an MAO.
You know these symptoms are not compatible with clinical depression. It is time to check in with her doctor for an evaluation.
