Effexor Withdrawl - Shaking

Anyone experience uncontrollable shaking coming off Effexor? I'm on day 2 off it completely and I cannot stop trembling. It's almost as if I'm really cold, but I'm not. I also started Buspar to help with the withdrawal and anxiety. Could it be that?

I had some anxiety and nausea, but it got better.  I think it only lasted about 4-5 days but I slowly tapered off.  I think you should start feeling better in a couple days.  If you think it's getting worse, please call your doctor and let  him or her know how your feeling. I'll be thinking about you and I'll be here if you need someone to talk with.

I initially tapered off in the hopes of getting pregnant again but the withdrawal is so bad that we've put that on the back burner for now. This has been absolutely horrible! Did you also have anxiety and depression with the withdrawal?  Did that get better too?  This is nothing like I was experiencing before!  Looking for some hope that this gets better. It's only day 2 and I feel like I can't take it!

Yes, I had the same withdrawals from the Effexor when I was slowly taken off of it.  I was taking the max dosage of 350mg.  I also had stomach cramps and headaches. It only lasted for about 4 days.  Did the Effexor not work for you?
