hi, if you look up depression on a lot of the major medical websites, you'll see that depression is not always what is thought of in the classical sense, it can encompass a whole host of issues...chronic fatigue, uncontrolled anger and/or anxiety, dizziness, a lot of things besides the obvious...you figure it can cause a tremendous amount of stress on the body...mine manifests in a lot of ways, not just feeling down all the times..but physical things also...it's hard to parse out what is from this disease, and what is from that...hormones fluctuations, you name it...have you spoken to your medical docs about it? a psychiatrist? Best to you....
Have you ever seen a psychiatrist before? Are you taking any form of medication? If not it certainly would be essential to see a psychiatrist in addition to a talk therapist but as what you describe sounds like there might potentially be some other issues in addition to depression and anxiety perhaps a consultation with a neurologist just to rule out some other criteria. A lot can happen in an anxiety attack that affects the body in general and it appears physical but it would be important to have a general exam as well.
