if i were you i would talk to someone who cares and someone you can trust. another thing i do is do something positive (like exercise) to try to take my mind off of it. counselors haven't really helped me. the best thing for me is (and was ) looking inwardly on myself. certain seasonal changes and meds may be dding to your depression as well.
See your doctor & talk it over. Do something active & help someone else.
