Have You Tried Priobiotics

Reuteri has pointed out the benefit of introducing pribiotics to help ease depression.  I have recently read an article about how natural yoghurt and pribiotic drinks can help boost mood, because they affect brain function.

Gut bacteria send signals to the brain, and vice versa.  Stress and other emotions often affect our guts, as I am sure some of you know.  So the article suggests it is worth taking natural yoghurt and pribiotic drinks to relieve anxiety, stress and other mood conditions.

I mysel take these and feel very well.  I am weaning off anti-depressant medication, but shall continue with the live yoghurt regime.  I also take omega 3, vitamin B complex, and a vitamin and mineral pill every day.  Anything is worth trying I think.

Have a look on line, there are a lot of sites that tell you that pribiotics are good for depression and other mood disorders.  May help some of you.  Don't stop taking your anti depressants though.  Give pribiotics a try and let us know if you have found any improvement in your moods.
