Gut bacteria send signals to the brain, and vice versa. Stress and other emotions often affect our guts, as I am sure some of you know. So the article suggests it is worth taking natural yoghurt and pribiotic drinks to relieve anxiety, stress and other mood conditions.
I mysel take these and feel very well. I am weaning off anti-depressant medication, but shall continue with the live yoghurt regime. I also take omega 3, vitamin B complex, and a vitamin and mineral pill every day. Anything is worth trying I think.
