I feel for you. I can only echo what shannon and vidara have posted.
Get help right away, do not even think about it...you owe it to yourself.
In are beautiful in God's eyes. Be kind to yourself, get help dear.
You might just need another kind of medication, perhaps zoloft was not
the right one. A psychiatrist would be the one to prescribe this.
All the best.
Let us know how you get on.
I hear the desperation in your plea for help. I have been in the same place of desperation and can say that i agree with Shannon above. However, if I may add something more. Getting the help that we need from a medical professional is very much needed but when we feel desperate it may feel way too slow. I have gone to a stress center ( in a hospital) for more immediate, focussed help (not just waiting for next weeks appt to talk to someone). Plus there are people there that are with you when you start to take new medications. That's a help! But, what helped me the most was going to a 12 -step group (like Overeaters Anonymous) where you have many people there that will not judge you, and you can learn from many how to love yourself again. You get phone numbers to call for those times that no one else would understand. Also, you can find multiple groups and if you're in a city, can go to a meeting every day if necessary. If I were you, I'd find a doctor and pick one of the other options, depending on how dire your situation is.

Hi Kathy,
It really worries my that you keep hurting yourself in so many ways. I really think you need to get a refferal to a psychiatrist. Not because your crazy don't take it that way, But I think you do have some underlying issues that are causing you to do this to yourself. If you are feeling severly depressed and suicidal you need to get up now honey... as hard as it is... and get help.... you can go to the emergency room, call a hotline and get a refferal or even just see your doctor and tell him/her whats going on.
Please keep in touch and let us know you are okay.
