Getting off Zyprexa

I have been on Zyprexa since May 2011, my doctor droppped me (for a reason unknown to me) I was taking 20mg, I have cut  back to 10. I tried quiting cold turkey, but the syptoms were horrible. A huge amount of fear, death, paranoia came over me. HELP...How do I get off of it without a Doctor to guide me? Please help....

By law your doctor MUST treat you for a month from the date that he dropped you and that date should be in writing.  He cannot just drop you and expect you to deal independently, that's just wrong and against medical ethics.  Call the doctor and tell him you need guidance with this because no patient should be medicated without being monitored and directed by a doctor.  Also make sure he writes you a script so you have enough medication to hold you over until you find another doctor.  Hope I was of some help to you.  Good luck
PS:  you may want to ask why you were dropped too.  Just a thought :)
