I have little drive

I find myself having little to no drive.  However, I have no reason to be sad.  I come from a good family, my parents are both educated and have nice jobs so I have a good life.  I am currently a senior in college, and am getting top grades, but other than school, I have little desire to do anything else.  I don't seem to have an interest in activities and also, which may be a little embarassing to admit, I find myself not caring to do daily activities such as brushing my teeth.  My parents worry about me and say that I'm sad.  Do I have slight depression?

I'm sorry to hear you are going through a rough time. Depression doesn't have any boundaries when it comes to socio-economics. Depression can hit anyone at any time.
You've already taken the first step, to acknowledge something is going on. I would suggest you see your family doctor and get a good check up, there are a multitude of reasons for depression, so you want to rule out any physical reasons as well, getting a referral to a psychiatrist might help as well. I read your other post and it sounds like you'be been through a lot of stress recently, and that could be the cause. BUT if you aren't doing basic self care like brushing your teeth, it's important that you deal with this swiftly.Slight depression doesn't stop you from doing the basics to be honest.  It is very treatable and manageable, but it's best to speak with a professional.  I have a great website that might help you as well, check it out.
