Looking for a support buddy

I'm 53, male, professional and have been suffering from depression on/off for about 20 years.  I'm wondering if anyone here is looking for a support buddy?   Just someone to communicate with, blow off steam, ask questions, listen, etc...

Are you in therapy and or taking any medication for your depression? I highly recommend therapy.

Hi - thanks for getting back to me.  I've been having a very 'down' week and am wondering how I'm going to pick myself up and get out of this latest funk.  Right now, all I feel like doing is sleeping.
