Nausea and Dizziness

I woke up today with nausea and invertigo(?).  I was wondering if it was just a symptom of depression or if it was because I didn't eat until 4:30.  If it was from oversleeping or skipping meals, then that is obviously easier to fix than if it just randomly happened.

My depression causes severe vertigo and dizziness, but it is a constant. If your is just temporary then I wouldn't worry about it.

I too get your symptoms, and I too find it hard to eat.  We can't help it.  Lack of sleep, lack of food, depression.  Don't make fun of us whodunnit.  Easier said than don e to say "go eat and stop this silliness."  Not helpful!!

You cannot be serious in asking that question here. Go eat something and stop with this silliness.

It's vertigo, not invertigo.
