Ok to take Ativan, Celexa, and Trazodone, Unisom together to sleep?!

I'm a 39 male with major depression and GAD. I take Celexa 40mg, Ativan 1mg, and Trazodone 100mg at bedtime. But the meds don't seem to work for my insomina. Can I add unisom or not a good idea to take also? I hate call my dr. tommorrow and tell him the meds aren't working for me. I have taken Ativan, Trazodone, and unisom to help me sleep before. My doc switch the Celexa from morning to nighttime tonight. And I was taking Ativan 3x a day now only at night or when needed.  I also worried about Ativan withdrawal, side effects,  or interactions on all these meds together. Any comments or advice will be accepted. I'm experiencing rebound insomina, and mild to moderate shakiness in hands, cold sweat, and tinnitus.

Thanks for reply. I took the meds last night and got three hours sleep. I called pharmacy tech she suggested to try again tonight and unisom should be okay. Because I feel worse not getting enough sleep but been on most of meds for about a month. And don't want be dependent on Ativan either and experience withdrawal from like more anxiety or symptoms. So I'll take it at night and when needed I'm the day. I just got to stop worrying about so much and that's the GAD condition I'm in. One day at a time. And hopefully I can resume a normal life soon. My psyche dr. Is oout til Thursday and next appt. is three months away. I should see someone else and start counseling soon. I live alone and on leave from my work for another 2 months. All I do is sit and dwell on my health and problems where the anxiety is caused by. I hope to get relieve soon from this nightmare. But thanks for your reply. I try to stay busy and exercise, and just relax for now. Thanks again.

You should talk to a pharmacist about this. They will know what is safe to take, and what isn't...it's their job to know these things.
The pharmacist will also know what kind of information you should take to your doctor.
