Celexa issue

I have been taking a daily 40 mg Celexa for a number of years.  While recently on vacation, I also had a small amount of medical marijuana.  Subsequently, I experienced a deep depressive/sad reaction quite out of character and without any seeming reason for the abrupt change following a terrific fun day.  Is it possible that mixing the two could have triggered it?  My sweetheart uses medical marijuana for his enlarged prostate.  I took one big puff.

Thanks for your response.

Any mind altering drug like that an cause you to see a major drop in your mood. I think you've already answered your question, not to do it again. Stop before you get started, it's a really slippery slope down hill.
