Please help me

I'm 16. For while now I have been depressed. I went to the doctor, and found out that my vitamin d level was about 20 pts low. I had to take prescription vitamin d once a week for 8 weeks and now a pill everyday. My mom thought that fixed everything but all it helped was my energy level...barely. I've talked to my mom twice since then but she hasn't done anything. my depression has stayed the same if not worsened. I think about suicide all the time and have already written my note. I don't want to die, but even more so I can't keep "living" like this. Someone please help me. I don't know what to do.

I know how you feel darling. Tell your mother it isn't better and try to see a therapist. It can really help

Do you have another adult that you trust that you can talk to about this? Will your mom at least take you back to see you Dr to talk to him/her about how you're feeling?
