Positives of taking setraline/lustral/zoloft please? Can you tell me some please?

I have had side effects with lots and have always looked at the negatives.
I really want to try to be positive with this one and give it a good chance.
Please tell me some positive experiences you've had.

Was on dutonin, got taken off market, citalopram 14 years, stopped working. Escitalopram and trazadone gave me palpatations, prozac major bingeing. venlafaxine i was too scared to go on aft hearing lots of negatives about it.

Really hope this one goes well as its for anxiety and depression both of which i have.

Thanks

Thanks very much, did it make you more anxious when you started it?

I'm meant to take 50mg a day but just taking a quarted due to having had adverse effects with other meds, maybe that's not enough to be benefiting my anxiety and i hope its just coincidence that i've had two major anxiety attacks in the last two nights. If i didn't have diazepam handy idve been in hospital both times.

Hope it kicks in soon. Will maybe try a half  tab a day from tomorrow and work up to a full one the following week.

Thanks.

I have been on zoloft for over a year now (this is the second time
I have taken it - also took it around 15 years  ago).  It has
worked wonderful for me.  I was very fortunate to have few
side effects, mainly headaches, which went away soon after
starting.  It helps tremendously with both my anxiety and
depression.  I hope it works as well for you.
