Recurring Side Effects from Cymbalta

I have been on Cymbalta for at least 6 months.  The first month was up and down, but then I felt great for a while.  The last week I have started feeling the same start up effects, even though I have been on the same 60mg all along.  We are in the middle of a heat wave and i haven't been sleeping well... but i am also feeling dizzy, nauseous and headachy.... any thoughts

It's possible that other things (like the heat, or a virus) is causing these symptoms. However, I've been on antidepressants for the past 4 years, and I will occasionally get these breakthroughs of side-effects / symptoms. They usually go away in a few days. BUt if yours continue or get worse, definitely speak with your doc about the medication.

Go back to your doctor, it sounds like they many have to increase your dosage.
