Often binge eating is an emotional thing, we find confort in food. You hear people talk about their "comfort foods" these are things they eat when upset or sad. The Paxil IS helping you and this is why you no longer have to eat to feel better....good for you! One thing to help lose the weight is to eat every 3-4 hours, healthy snacks. Fresh fruit, handful of nuts, yogurt, chicken, vegetables, and exercise. Eating every few hours keeps your metabolism at it's peak. Exercise will not only help you to lose weight, it's great for your depression. Just walking will do wonders for your body, weight and mental well being! Try to eat every few hours even if not hungry, or else your metabolism will slow down and when you do eat, it will get stored.
