Weaning off of wellbutrin XR 150

I am currently taking 150 of wellbutrin XL everyday in the morning I would like to wean off of it. I took it to fight a bout of "mild depression." To successfully wean off, I am assuming I take it every other day....then every third day....and so on, but how long do I take it every other day before I start taking it every third day? Essentially how long should I be weaning off the medicine before I don;t have to take it anymore?

You sound like that is about right to ween slowly.  See how you do.  If you ever need it later and a pill a day makes things better then why not.  Goodluck!

You need to do this under the supervision of the physician who prescribed it.  Please consult your physician about this.  You must be weaned off carefully and properly.
