Suicidal end

I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Mixed years ago by my psychiatrist. After losing my job and along with it my insurance, he stopped seeing me because I had no money. Since that time, I am unmedicated.

Things went downhill pretty quickly. I now find it difficult to function in any capacity at all. It is as though I am locked inside a nightmare. I am really low now and I cannot see past today.

I have gone past the contemplation of suicide. The only question is when.

I have two small children that I do not want to destroy but I cannot see a way out of this situation.

When your psychiatrist, psychologist, family, and friends have all abandoned you, Where do you turn?

You should definitely qualify for medicaid and a medical card for not only you but your children also.  Please, look into this, you deserve to live a long happy life, and your children need to have their mother.  You can do this, I was 23 with 3 babies and had to do the same.  You need to think of your children, and what losing you would do to them.  My children motivated me to do many good things with my life.  I know you feel abandoned and alone, but you truly aren't.  You could also go to your local ER and tell them how you're feeling, your problem, and they will give you medication, get you in touch with a Social Worker who can get you started on Medicaid.  Your children are your way out, they have to be!  I know you can do this.  Medicaid is for people just like you, take advantage of it.  I know you want to see your children grow up, and be there for all their milestones.

Is there ANY family that can help you with this crisis? You have two small children and your young, not to mention very attractive. You have things to live for and you will get better. If you kill yourself you will leave a traumatic legacy for your children to deal with.

They will be asking where Mommy is and it will crush them and set the tone to give them your dissorder when they grow up.

Do some searching on the internet about government assisted help for mental illness.
There has to be somekind of program

I would call a suicide hotline in your area. Years ago I was in the exact same situation and had no money, no job, and no way to get treated and almost killed myself.

Then I called a suicide hotline and told them about my situation. Because my income was so low, I met the requirements for government assisted hospitalization. The person at the hotline worked to find a place that would take me in free of charge.

Either that or look around for some current drug studies that have bi-polor meds that are still in the trial phase. They are free to take part in and the drug may work for you.

Since your completly broke and have no income then you must do what everyone else does. Use the system to get free care.
