It's important that you do seek help, but pushing down your feelings will not help, so I have to disagree with the previous poster. That is the most unhealthy way to cope with your situation. I would suggest you see your family doctor if you are suffering from depression if you haven't already. Getting into some talk therapy will help as well. I know for sure that if you open up and talk about what is going on, you will feel better! Keep posting !

No offense, but it's really hard to read what you have written - are you deeply depressed and want to get out of your marriage? Are you looking for advice about your depression or about how to get a divorce? If it's about divorce, you should talk with a lawyer.
