Most likely it is the beta blocker making you feel better, espcially if you were pretty anxious.  I'm very glad you were checking your BP.  That was a crazy high daily dose, even for an average sized person.  Just PLEASE make sure you are communicating with your doctor about what's going on.

Is the vomiting completely new after starting the meds?  Could be a side effect.  It's not excessive right?  Seems like it was like a one time thing?  Keep an eye on it.

Ask your doc about the sleeping pill, most likely he will say it's perfectly fine to take.  There are no outward contraindications, but of course, check with him first.

Glad to hear you're feeling better!  Hope it continues.  Keep the updates coming!

its weird today is my second day on anti d and appart from some vomitting a few hours after taking it i feel ok i was pretty down in morning but by lunchtime i felt really good cant possibly be working this fast i have also cut the dose of propanolol from 3 a day to once 40 mg in morning as i have naturally low bp anyway and im only tiny the average 12 yr old size bp was measuring 80/60 at some points on the 3 doses a day so its up slightly to 101/70 today with the one dose this morning think the 40 mg 3 times a day was a bit exsessive fir my size c doc again tomorrow will ask. hope this us me on the mend and isnt some placebo effect or i go crashing fown fingers crossed girls!! oh an i resisted the urge of zopiclone last night saw every hour on the clock!! bloody insomnia is a pain!!

It's hard being patient, waiting for some relief.  Many people DO start noticing some improvements before that 4-6 weeks, everyone is different.  Usually about week two is when things start changing.  Just TRY to be patient and not overthink it too much.  I know that's hard to do, but it will help.

Let us know how you're doing!  We're pulling for you!

So sorry you are not doing too well at the moment.  I know what it is like.  What  meds are you on  now?  We have to keep trying to find the one that suits us best.  Trial and error unfortunately.  I have been on many different ones.

Do hope you are beginning to feel better.  Keep us posted to how you are.

I live in Dorset and I see you live in Scotland.  I see weather is very bad where you are, not too good here either.

I would hold off until you speak to your doc.  You're starting the Celexa and Inderal all at once?  The Celexa will take time to work, up to 4-6 weeks.  The Inderal should be effective for anxiety (is that what you were given it for? ) fairly quickly, however I have some concerns, 40mg three times a day is a pretty hefty dose.  Inderal can lower your BP, so you want to be very careful.  I would keep an eye on your BP for a few days until you adjust to the med.  What were your symptoms that led the doc to prescribe this regimen?  Have you been on any meds before?

Hang in there...let us know how you're doing!
