Many ppl who suffer from depression have complaints of feeling physically unwell as well. It can vary from anxiety to restlessness, feeling suffocated to pain. Depression affects everyone differently BUT never gets better without treatment. Most depression meds don't address the physical problems so if you are suffering physically make sure you mention it to your dr so that they can be sure to cover all the symptoms.
