See your Doc/Psych. The dose seems small, but if that's what was prescribed don't come off it without consulting the prescriber. I've been on/off meds for last 20 yrs & will now stay on them for life. Never managed to overcome the Anx/Dep by any force of will etc. Don't worry too much about being on meds ~ if they give you benefits they may also give some unwanted side-effects. I accept the side effects gladly to avoid relapses. Best talk it over with your Doc. Best wishes, George
Treatment varies with each person. I have a chemical imbalance so I will be on medication for the rest of my life. I had a friend who got depressed after the death of her husband and was only on them for two years.
The problem is , as an illness, depression, tends to tell you you do not need to treat it. It is a struggle every day for me to take my medication because a voice says " You are better you do not really need these pills." I have learned the hard way not to listen to that voice.

You've already asked this question and I have answered you. If you've been on these doses for 3 years I'd suggest to you they are giving you no benefit at all. See your doc and just go off the meds and see how you are. If needs be you can resume with docs advice.
