seroquel/celexa/lamictal and chronic depression

I am very sensitive to most psych meds. Currently taking Celexa 1mg daily, lamictal 12.5mg daily and seroquel 50 mg at bedtime to help me sleep. I've had problems with getting to sleep and staying asleep for several years. How long can I continue to take seroquel for sleep? Sometimes it works and sometimes not.

If the seroquel isn't helping enough, contact your doctor as to what other meds are available that may do a better job.  He knows what would be best considering your other meds. Take care...

I don't know how long it will last. Its not a medication a person builds up a tolerance to though. It either works or it doesn't. One medication you might want to ask your psychiatrist about is Rozerem which is an FDA approved sleep aide that works like melatonin to adjust the sleep cycle and is safe and non addictive.
