Hello.  I presume venalic is a generic of Venlafaxine, (Effexor)  I was on a generic called Viepax, but asked to go back on Effexor, as I did not feel it was so effective.

I am 150mg of Effexor, and have had bad clinical depression  for about 20 years.  I cannot go off anti-depressants now as always get another bad bout of depression.  It is true, the longer, and more bouts you have, the more you need anti-depressants.  I dare not stop again.

I am sorry you are so poorly at the moment.  I do hope you find friends and support on this forum.  I have found it a great help to know people here understand what we are going through.  i still find mornings difficult when I first get up.  I am lucky as now retired.  Had to leave work early because of the depression and went onto In validity Benefit until I retirred.

Keep in touch
