:-( when will my face be normal again?

Hi!! I'm Anna I'm 18! Okay so I have had this thing on my face since like maybe August 30th! My face is literally always clear. Like I come from a family where everyone before me would have a clear face (moms genes), I always have gotten complements and stuff on how clean and clear and soft it looked but now this thing is here and it makes me sad :-( I have put masks on at night to see what would happen, did my daily skin routine, and put a cold sore treatment on (and it's weird because when I put all those on during this period, it burned).
I hope you could help me, figure out what this is, it's like a small red bump on my right side of my lip (outside of lip)
